How to Get Help
Apply for ADA paratransit eligibility through GBT Access; eligibility needs an application and an in-person assessment. Customer service: (203) 366-7070, ext. 131. To book or cancel a ride, call (203) 579-7777 and press 1, no later than 4:30pm the day before.
