Bridgeport's federally designated Community Action Agency (the renamed ABCD). Runs the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) for the region (winter heating bills, water/sewer help, furnace repair, utility budget plans) and provides hands-on help applying for and renewing SNAP food benefits, including document upload, DSS portal tasks, and pre-screening.
